My mom, 88 years old, has been a resident here for nearly three years. The facilities were renovated in the last six months and now the environment is bright and inviting. Staff are friendly and responsive. My mother has dementia and I could not ask for better care. Willow Lake Place staff takes such good care of my mom that I can't imagine taking as much. It's a wonderful facility!

American Village provided professional care for my cousin. During the three months my cousin was at American Village, all staff were friendly and accommodating to her family and friends. They were respectful and attentive to my cousin's concerns, which allowed her to keep her dignity. They were never rude to her. She was a kind and considerate person, who treated everyone, even American Village staff, with respect. She was given cards and small mementos by the staff when she was discharged.

My mom and her husband live in the memory care facility. The staff are always available to answer my questions. This gives me the peace of mind knowing that my mom is being cared for as she cannot be left alone. After visiting the facility, Susan from staff was very helpful and able to guide us through the process. My sister, who lives nearby, calls me weekly to check on the situation. She is very happy with the care she receives and the staff at the memory care side are always available to answer any questions.
